Agriculture is a core focus of BIIL Group with our subsidiary firm Tundelaniranfarms – We
provide structured entry points for individuals and organizations seeking opportunities within
the agricultural value chain.
Our agricultural operations include:

● Farmland Sales: We offer well-documented farmlands to individuals and investors
who wish to venture into agriculture. We make it easier for people to invest in or own
farmland without the usual difficulties
● Farmland Leasing: For investors who prefer flexible agricultural participation, we
lease farmlands for short- and medium-term agricultural use.
● Farm Management & Cultivation Programs: Through our farm management
program, BIIL Group with partnership with our subsidiary Tundelaniranfarm we
manage cultivation on behalf of farmland owners and investors. This includes land
preparation, planting, crop management, harvesting, and reporting—allowing clients
to earn returns without being directly involved in day-to-day farm operations.
● Produce Sales to Offtakers: We cultivate and aggregate farm produce which is sold
directly to verified offtakers. This structured offtake approach supports market access,
price stability, and consistent revenue generation.

Food Processing
BIIL Group owns and operates a food processing factory where we process agricultural produce into finished food products for commercial sale. Our processing operations are structured to meet both local and international market standards.
